Hi, I’m Crystal, the founder and Certified CBT-I Specialist and Mind-Body Practitioner behind Dream Big CBT-I.


After living with insomnia for more than twenty years, I know how exhausting it feels to do everything right and still lie awake at night.


I was first introduced to CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) under the guidance of a physician. It’s the same structured, evidence-based approach used by clinicians to treat sleep disorders.


But while CBT-I gave me the science I needed to understand sleep, I realized it lacked something essential: warmth, embodiment, and connection.


That realization became the heart of Dream Big CBT-I, a space where science meets self-trust.


Here, I blend the clinical precision of CBT-I with compassionate mind-body practices to calm the nervous system, rebuild trust with the body, and make healing sleep feel natural again.


Because true rest isn’t just taught. It’s remembered.
