Finding better sleep shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Here you’ll find answers to common questions about CBT-I and the Dream Big Sleep Reset.  My goal is to make this process feel supportive and simple, so you can focus on what matters most: trusting your body’s rhythm again. 

CBT-I and mind-body sleep coaching aren’t usually covered by traditional insurance. However, some clients are able to use health spending accounts (HSAs) or wellness benefits. I recommend checking with your provider to see if your plan includes holistic or wellness-based services.

This is an investment in retraining your body and mind to rest naturally, a skill that supports every area of your health and life.


All sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home, wherever you are in the U.S. or Canada.

We’ll begin with three weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency, then transition to bi-weekly sessions so you have space to apply what you’ve learned.

Each session includes personalized CBT-I strategies alongside gentle mind-body techniques to help you calm your system, rebuild trust with your body, and experience deeper, steadier rest.
