All sessions are held virtually over Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own home.
The program is designed to balance support and practice. We’ll start with 3 weekly sessions to build momentum, then move to 3 biweekly sessions so you have time to apply the tools in between. This way, you’ll get accountability while also learning to sleep independently.
