In 2019, an unexpected injury led me to a journey of healing, stillness, and self-discovery. After struggling with insomnia and exhaustion for over 20 years, I finally found relief through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) in 2021. This transformative experience ignited a passion to help others reconnect with themselves and find true rest.
Through my certification as a CBT-I Clinician and Holistic Life Coach & Mind Body Practitioner, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding others toward restful sleep and authentic living. Dream Big was born out of my desire to create a supportive space for those who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or in need of healing.
